Welcome to the “Chamber of Prophecies.”

You are prophets gathered from different parallel worlds.

To avoid mistakenly predicting the impending doom,

you must dodge the Book of Apocalypse and shift the disaster to another parallel world.

The grand prophecy of Asuholov

The grand prophecy of Asuholov is a trick-taking game for 2-4 players that takes about 15 minutes to complete. In this game, players must avoid drawing the “Book of Apocalypse” card from a set of eight cards, as drawing this card results in an immediate loss.

The probability of drawing the “Book of Apocalypse” card from the eight cards is less than 13%. As a prophet, you might think this chance is trivial, but if you lack confidence, you can use your hand cards to peek at the cards in play or force others to take the cards.

However, as the game progresses, the probability of drawing the “Book of Apocalypse” increases. Deciding when to use your cards and when to draw becomes a challenging and intriguing aspect of the game. This dilemma adds to the excitement and enjoyment of the game.

How to play

The grand prophecy of Asuholov is a game where drawing the “Book of Apocalypse” from the field results in a loss.

The game starts with four cards in the field and four cards in the deck. One of these eight cards is the “Book of Apocalypse,” so try your best to avoid drawing it.

On their turn, a player can either draw a card from the four in the field or play a card from their hand. Each player starts with two cards in hand, so the basic strategy is to use these cards to check the cards in the field or to put other players at a disadvantage.

However, the only way to replenish your hand is by drawing cards from the field, making it crucial to decide when to use your cards and when to draw from the field.

Frequently asked Questions I made up

Where can I buy it?

Currently, it is available for purchase at Game Market. However, if you give us a lot of likes on X or Booth’s product site, we might consider selling it there…

Why did you release an English version?

Official Reason: I love indie games and want everyone to play them, but I often lament that many masterpieces aren’t translated into Japanese, leaving many Japanese players unable to enjoy them. I believe the reverse is also true, so I created an English version.

Honest Reason: I really want to win a big board game award!
